Objective

Develop seasonal Lauren Ralph Lauren tailored clothing campaign imagery for Macy’s and Dillard’s during the COVID-19 disruption, when traditional production was not possible due to missing samples, limited physical assets, restricted studio access, and the absence of a conventional photoshoot budget.

Actions

Identified and implemented an alternative production model using proprietary AI technology, existing usage-cleared model imagery, in-house studio capability in New York, and 3D garment rendering to create realistic seasonal campaign assets. Directed the end-to-end approach across image sourcing, production adaptation, visual continuity, and seasonal background transformation to deliver market-ready creative despite major operational constraints.

Results

Delivered realistic seasonal campaign imagery for in-store and e-commerce use, enabling Macy’s and Dillard’s to maintain fresh branded presentations when many competitors could not update assets. Preserved campaign continuity, supported key wholesale relationships, and created a cost-conscious production solution during a period of severe disruption.
