Codify the company's mission, values, and operating philosophy — including its position on service, customer engagement, and environmental responsibility — into a tool the executive team and sales leadership could use in every new-business conversation.

Interviewed executive leadership across Montreal and New York. Researched company history from the founder's published memoir and accompanying documentary film. Authored the corporate narrative. Partnered with a graphic designer on the layout and visual system. Delivered the final digital asset to leadership for use in new-business pitches.
