Executive Wardrobe Strategy & Personal Style

Wardrobe Strategy & Personal Brand Styling · Eric Jennings Creative

Objective

Develop and execute a fully personalized executive wardrobe strategy for a high-net-worth client under an accelerated timeline, creating a cohesive, elevated wardrobe system aligned with professional positioning, lifestyle needs, fit precision, and long-term wardrobe scalability.

Actions

Conducted a rapid wardrobe assessment and identified immediate gaps across business, formal, casual, and travel categories. Within seven days, curated a personalized in-home “store” experience and developed a 38-page Wardrobe & Style Book outlining fits, silhouettes, brands, styling combinations, and seasonal recommendations.

Personally styled more than 30 complete looks while managing end-to-end wardrobe acquisition, tailoring, fittings, organization, and logistical coordination. Scouted 31 retail locations across New York City, purchasing from 17 stores while leveraging long-standing relationships with luxury retailers, executives, department managers, and specialty boutiques to accelerate access, fittings, inventory sourcing, and alterations.

Provided detailed body measurements, fit analysis, tailoring oversight, and future purchasing guidance across luxury, contemporary, and essentials categories. Created a centralized reference system documenting sizing, preferred fits, store information, and future wardrobe planning recommendations.

Results

Delivered a fully integrated executive wardrobe system in seven days, combining luxury tailoring, modern business casual, formalwear, footwear, accessories, and foundational essentials into a cohesive personal brand presentation. The engagement established long-term wardrobe standards, preferred fits, trusted brands, and repeatable shopping strategies designed to simplify future seasonal updates while elevating executive presence and professional confidence.

The project also created a scalable framework for future wardrobe planning, including seasonal purchasing timelines, private in-store fittings, made-to-measure recommendations, tailoring protocols, and retailer-specific fit guidance across luxury and contemporary brands.
