Saks Brookfield Place Men's Store
Store Concept & Brand Activation · VP Fashion Director, Saks Fifth Avenue

Objective
Develop a freestanding Saks men's destination at Brookfield Place in lower Manhattan — featuring apparel categories, products, and services not offered at any other Saks location. Establish the store as an experiential men's environment distinct from the Saks Fifth Avenue flagship.
Actions
Authored the comprehensive proposal covering assortment strategy, in-store services, and the executive pitch to leadership. Defined the offer across classic, modern, and contemporary designer assortments. Built the case for a service-led format combining apparel, grooming, technology, and made-to-measure.
Results
Opened the first freestanding Saks men's store in lower Manhattan, integrating a barbershop, grooming counter, shoeshine and repair area, technology assortment, 3D made-to-measure shop, and rotating monthly designer pop-ups. The store outlasted the adjacent women's store by three years — exceeding the original commercial plan and outperforming category expectations for an off-flagship Saks men's environment.
