Objective

Establish a unified brand system for Tallia — defining the brand position, visual identity, and usage standards that licensees, retailers, and internal teams could apply consistently across advertising, packaging, photography, and digital channels.

Actions

Audited brand inconsistencies across the licensed network through stakeholder interviews. Authored the brand positioning document defining mission, values, and target audience. Set standards for logo, typography, color, and identity usage across all touchpoints. Designed and produced Tallia's first comprehensive brand guidelines — the system of record for every licensee and retail partner.

Results

Materially improved licensee compliance across the Tallia network. Aligned advertising, licensed product categories, packaging, and logo usage to the new brand position — bringing consistency to a previously fragmented multi-licensee brand.
